The day started well and we tried to play beach volleyball. But the rain came and went several times and it really spoilt the fun. Confined to our room, we started our mahjong ad Wii session. The Wii was fun though. It made me want to get it for Dolffy more than ever. The togetherness and fun that can be developed from playing the games together is really amazing.

As usual, I love to take morning walks at the places I visited… Dolffy was dragged out of the bed by me…. Hahaha!!!

We came back, washed and hang our clothes out to dry. Then we went to sleep…. Not long after, the rain came back and we were stil sleeping!!! Our clothes are still outside!!!!! Argh!!!!!!!

In view of the upcoming big days and the ability for you lovebirds to be able to maintain the website which I have built for you, I have converted the whole website to a Content Managed System using Wordpress! Pretty cool stuff. KK helped to setup the system, I did the styling and redo all the contents.

This is Tiffy’s personalised vow to Dolffy on their Solemnization Day. The vow was declared to the “world”, consisting of about 20+ friends and relatives at that point of time. The vow that was almost unsaid, after Tiffy had spent nights writing it. Luckily for one kind friend’s reminder…haha..

Tiffy’s Vow:
Its on Oct 06 2005, my birthday last year, I proposed to you. It was then followed by a remarkable journey from the day I proposed till this very day, 07 Oct 2006. During this journey, we had our share of joy and frustrations, excitement and exasperation. But it did not waiver our commitment and promise that we made to each other on Oct 06 last year. Peiyin, I wanna thank you for accepting me as the way I am - a grouchy old man. Thank you for the wonderful family and friends that you have brought into my life… Thank you for tolerating my how now brow cows, my uncanny imitation of one eyed nemo (or du yan nemo), and all my other untimely crappy jokes… Thank you for your meows, tiffy and dolffy, bones (our pet stuffed dog) and all those wonderful moments that you have brought into my life. Peiyin, from this day onwards, I will join my life to yours, not just as a husband, but as your friend, your soul mate and confidant. It was exactly a year ago before their solemnization, on the faithful day of Tiffy’s 26th birthday. I remembered it clearly as I have been excited, almost for about 3 months plus, after having been “involved” in Tiffy’s proposal journey which included shopping for that diamond ring, checking whether if I have the simpler version of the Flash software for his “mega” project… Tiffy has spent nights figuring out the flash software and piecing the self-production together. Cracking his brain for which song to use, etc. Alas, that’s the proposal project that I did not get to see. Let’s use some peer pressure to get them to put it on the web? Shall we? Hahaha

Then came the long awaited birthday celebration, 06 October 2005. Having waited anxiously for the “results” for the whole day, I called Dolffy up later in the night. She sounded sad and did not answer my question if she has accepted the proposal, simply sort of nodded to the multiple choice answer of she has told Tiffy to gave her more time and then brushed me off by saying that she was tired and would like to put down the phone. I was blank. Did not know what to do. And it’s Tiffy’s birthday somemore. I then called Tiffy up, who sounded upset. I comforted by saying that just gave her the time she needs and everything will be good. Then, I hung up and called another good friend of mine and I cried.

The next day, I smsed Dolffy and asked if she’s ok and all and she replied yeah. Later in the day, she called me. The “conscious cricket” must have been “cricking” that whole day beside her. She had pulled my leg! Dolffy, the Mastermind! Tiffy, the Accomplice!

Dearest Tiffy & Dolffy,

Congratulations on finding each other to share your lives with. Since you are here, looks like you 2 are pretty clever? Ok…I know, I know, you have deciphered this url the moment you open my card. -__-”

Can you imagine? I love you 2 so much that I made you a website?! Hahaha…I was wondering what I could give you as a present for your ROM apart from that Adam & Eve t-shirt. Then while talking to my colleague, I got this inspiration. This site is really for you to share your joy with friends, relatives and colleagues. Let this website be your timestamp to your new life.
